Qualifications

• 6 months bakery production or 6 months supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred bakery experience including decorating mentions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bakery department to execute the business plan and maintain quality and safety.
• Train and develop associates, manage scheduling and production volume.
• Use handheld devices to monitor production, inventory, and product quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant bakery area that reflects company standards.
