Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department.
• 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader, supervise the bakery team to deliver on the business plan.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specs and seasonality.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
