Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery department team to meet the business plan and uphold policies for the member experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specs, production, and seasonal items to ensure quality and compliance.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan production, train staff, and monitor product quality.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized bakery area; manage inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality products and continuous improvement.
