Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery department team to execute the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of product specs, seasonality, safety, and quality standards.
• Train and coach associates, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Leverage handheld technology to monitor production, inventory, and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club's success.
