Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery team to meet the business plan and drive the club's success.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specs, and seasonal requirements to ensure quality and compliance.
• Utilize digital tools and handheld tech to plan and drive sales, training, and product quality.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Train and develop associates, identify training needs, and promote internal growth.
