Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in overseeing daily bakery operations, production, merchandising, and customer service.
• Supervise bakery staff and ensure quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stocking.
• Maintain proper presentation, labeling, and pricing of products.
• Provide training and coaching to new bakery team members.
• Ensure food safety regulations and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments on store promotions and events.
• Serve as point of contact in the Bakery Manager's absence.
