Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Department Supervisor for the Bakery to lead daily bakery operations, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service. The role requires oversight of product preparation, display, inventory, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have bakery or food service experience, be fluent in English with additional language skills preferred, and hold a Food Handler's certificate or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bakery/food service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English with Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred.
• Food Handler's certificate required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery department operations, including prep, display, inventory and cost control.
• Achieve sales targets by monitoring KPIs and coordinating with management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer feedback.
