99 Ranch Market seeks a Bakery Dept Supervisor to lead the bakery team in our Oregon Beaverton location. The role covers department operations, inventory management, and ensuring top-tier customer service while coordinating with Omni-channel initiatives.

The candidate should have clerical experience in a produce setting, be bilingual if possible, and hold a Food Handler’s certificate. This position requires weekend availability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clerical experience in the produce department or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bakery department operations from prep, display, inventory to improve exposure and efficiency.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address issues promptly.
• Use the company system to track sales, inventory, and perform monthly counts.
• Assist Omni-channel, HQ and marketing tasks, including weekly promotion planning.
• Manage ordering, receiving, FIFO stocking, and price labeling for accuracy.
• Supervise store displays, signage, and promotional materials to drive sales.
• Monitor assets, report incidents, and ensure safety compliance.
