Responsibilities

• Oversee Bakery department operations, including product prep, display, inventory, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor sales, inventory counts, and FIFO handling.
• Coordinate with HQ on omni-channel initiatives and promotions.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and display for fresh bakery items.
• Maintain safety, health standards, and equipment maintenance.
