Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Bakery Dept Supervisor in Concord, CA to oversee daily bakery operations and maintain high standards of product quality and display. You will manage inventory, coordinate ordering and receiving, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling across the bakery.

The role requires bilingual ability in English plus Mandarin or Spanish, and a commitment to safe, sanitary store conditions. Weekend and holiday scheduling may be required, with a competitive wage during training

Qualifications

• 1 year of clerical experience in the produce department or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend, and holidays as needed.
• Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bakery department operations including product prep, display, inventory control, and process efficiency to drive sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer suggestions and complaints.
• Use company system to track sales and inventory and conduct monthly counts.
• Assist omni-channel services and supporting accounting, admin, and marketing duties.
