Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery department operations and inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Use the company system to track sales and conduct monthly counts.
• Support Omni-channel and HQ initiatives as needed.
• Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and display.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain equipment and monitor temperatures and logs.
• Plan promotions and product demos.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
