Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Department Supervisor for Bakery to lead daily operations, supervision, and product displays. You will manage inventory, pricing, and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in bakery or food service, bilingual English/Mandarin, and a Food Handler certificate. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish preferred.
• 1 year bakery/food service experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s certificate required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery department operations and displays.
• Ensure high-quality products and accurate pricing.
• Use company system to track sales and inventory; perform monthly counts.
• Support Omni-channel and HQ initiatives; assist with promotions and planning.
• Manage ordering, receiving, FIFO stock rotation, and labeling.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work environment; enforce safety rules.
• Monitor assets and report incidents to store management.
• Assist in maintenance; coordinate with vendors and QA teams.
• Provide leadership and coaching to department staff.
