Qualifications

• Ability to lead and engage associates toward department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all bakery department functions and associates to achieve department goals.
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency in the department in line with company policies.
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to department staff.
• Ensure proper stocking, pricing, and display of bakery products.
• Oversee sanitation, temperature logs, and food safe practices.
