You will recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling, control inventory, and monitor performance to drive sales while controlling shrink. A minimum of 2–3 years retail supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team; promote development and promotions.
• Manage P&L, sales and shrink targets; ensure store profitability.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure Meijer standards during prime hours.
• Ensure a safe work environment and training compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and efficient service to customers.
