Responsabilidades

• Grocery Clerk (Bakery/Deli) will prepare items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and promotions.
• Provide customers with fresh items and correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (refrigeration, scales, ovens, etc.).
• Prepare foods according to recipes and temperature logs.
• Label, stock and inventory items; ensure quality and freshness.
• Follow food safety regulations and store procedures.
