Responsibilities include:

• Offering product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Informing customers of bakery and deli specials.
• Providing customers with fresh products and correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Recommending deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Using bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Preparing foods following safety and cooking protocols.
• Measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients as per recipes.
• Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
• Checking product quality and expiry dates.
• Proper use of kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
• Reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Knowing store layout and assisting customers in locating products.
• Staying updated on ads and product knowledge.
• Maintaining inventory and temperature logs.
• Creating a welcoming environment and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Adhering to food safety and safety procedures, reporting accidents, and inspecting equipment.
• Managing conflicts and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, seniors, and those with special needs.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.75
