Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using appropriate equipment
• Maintain product freshness and proper temperatures; review sell-by dates
• Label, stock and inventory bakery merchandise
• Operate bakery equipment safely and in accordance with guidelines
• Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Support department manager in meeting sales and quality goals
