• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery specials and freshness.
• Prepare and weigh ingredients, label, and inventory bakery items.
• Use bakery equipment according to guidelines and follow safety rules.
• Review sell-by dates and manage proper temperatures and logs.
• Stock, label, and inventory department merchandise; report discrepancies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and understand store layout for customers.
