Job summary

• Inform customers of bakery specials.
• Ensure products are fresh and properly portioned to prevent shrink.
• Recommend bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Operate bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Prepare foods following recipes and food safety logs.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Maintain a positive attitude and understand the store layout for easy customer assistance.
