• Maintain safety and sanitation compliance and records.
• Monitor product quality and freshness; manage spoilage to minimize losses.
• Oversee production and decorating of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies; assist with popcorn production.
• Train new bakery staff and promote positive relations with employees.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; uphold department budget targets.
