Job summary

VENETIAN LAS VEGAS GAMING LLC is hiring a Cook II to support outlet Chefs and kitchen staff across multiple stations, ensuring quality and adherence to outlet standards. This safety-related role requires flexibility to move between stations to meet business demands.

Responsibilities include preparing recipes, assisting with plating, and maintaining proper labeling, FIFO, and sanitation. Experience in a 4- or 5-star resort kitchen is preferred, with strong English communication and safety

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field or training preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Health card and any required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per outlet recipes and guest requests.
• Assist multiple stations with prep, cooking, and plating across broiler, saute, fryer, and garde manger.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work stations; ensure proper labeling and FIFO.
• Support safety standards and adhere to health codes and policies.
• Attend to service needs during peak periods and assist other cooks as needed.
