ShopRite of East Windsor in New Jersey is seeking a Bakery Clerk to assist the Bakery Manager with pricing, stocking and rotating merchandise in the Bakery Department while maintaining a neat, clean, and visually appealing area for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to handle products with proper hygiene and QA standards.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and equipment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Rotate and stock merchandise to ensure freshness and visibility.
• Ensure accurate signage and pricing for the department.
