Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Bakery Clerk in Florida. You will assist the Bakery Manager with preparing, baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising all baked goods while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires maintaining a clean, safe bakery area and accurate pricing, stock rotation, and daily housekeeping to ensure product quality and display standards. You must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent; bakery experience preferred.
• Dependable with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area; follow health regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure products are properly prepared and presented; keep area clean.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; sweep and remove spills.
• Stock, fill, face, price, and rotate bakery products; discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
