Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston, TX is seeking a Bakery Clerk to join Store 012 Houston-Lyons. The role focuses on friendly customer service in the Bakery, handling orders, and keeping displays clean and stocked. You will work under supervision of the Bakery Manager and support daily bakery operations.

Ideal candidates read/write both Spanish and English, can lift up to 60 pounds, and have basic PC/Outlook skills. This is a fast-paced grocery setting with community focus.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with customers and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, memos.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in the Bakery department.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases and special orders.
• Maintain clean shelves and display cases, keep self-serve displays tidy and rotated.
• Assist the Baker with items to be baked or decorated and help with department cleaning.
