Job summary

Fiesta Mart is seeking a Bakery Clerk at Store 039 in Houston Bellaire to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will assist in bakery purchases, maintain clean displays, and support special orders with the bakery team.

Must be able to read English and Spanish, lift up to 60 pounds, and work as part of a retail team. Food handler considerations apply; this is a store-based frontline role in a vibrant community setting.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English for public and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and memos.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in the bakery and assist with purchases.
• Clean shelving and display cases; rotate self-serve displays in and around the bakery.
• Assist with special orders and coordinate with the Baker on items to bake or decorate.
