Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Bakery Clerk to prepare, package, and present baked goods with care. You will assist the Bakery Manager, help with pricing and merchandising, and ensure all items meet quality standards while delivering friendly, helpful service to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe bakery area, weighing and labeling products, stocking and rotating items, and supporting a fast-paced team in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods as directed by the Bakery Manager.
• Provide a high level of customer service and maintain bakery cleanliness.
• Keep bakery area clean, sanitized, and safe, including equipment and shelves.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and rotate stock, discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for quality and temperature.
