Job summary

Chedraui USA in Richardson, TX seeks a Bakery Clerk for the 16-17 age group. You will assist customers, help the Baker, maintain cleanliness, and handle daily bakery tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities also include taking special orders, rotating displays, and ensuring safety and food handling standards. Qualifications include bilingual Spanish/English communication, basic PC/Outlook skills, and a Retail Management Certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write Spanish and English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills required.
• Retail Management Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in the bakery department.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases, take special orders, and coordinate with the Baker.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area, shelves, display cases, rotating self-serve displays, and hosing down floors with soap and water.
• Support the Baker in preparing, handling, and serving food; Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.
• Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds as needed.
