Job Title: Bakery Clerk - Nights & Weekends

Reports To: Bakery Department Manager

Our bakery associates are key in creating memorable moments for our guests. We offer a dynamic, creative environment where you can contribute to a variety of bakery delights.

As a Bakery Clerk, you'll ensure exceptional service, assist guests, handle special orders, and contribute to our bakery offerings for special occasions and daily moments.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests, answer questions, handle concerns, assist in locating items, take custom orders, and answer calls courteously.
• Merchandising: Package, price, replenish, and monitor stock to maintain appealing displays and meet demand.
• Food Safety: Ensure freshness, cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper stock rotation.
• Flexibility: Perform other duties as needed.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences timely.

Qualifications:

• Customer focus and tactful communication skills.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Understanding of safety policies.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Standing for extended periods (80%)
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally (20%)
