You will plan staffing, manage shift scheduling, oversee hiring and training, develop team members, and ensure compliance, safety, and quality. This role offers quarterly bonuses, on‑shift meals, vacation time, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive positive results.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with the General Manager in all operational decisions.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, and employee development.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Maintain bakery‑cafe operational, quality, and guest service standards.
• Develop subject‑matter experts and guide team through Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a healthy, safe workplace and manage overall costs and inventory.
• Build engaging relationships with guests and promote long‑term loyalty.
• Represent and build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
