Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven availability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery-cafe team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Partner with the General Manager to plan staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Maintain costs, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards.
