Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing team performance to meet goals and service standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to plan staffing and scheduling.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Develop managers on processes and Panera's Guiding Values.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality food and service.
