Job summary

Flynn Panera is hiring a General Manager for one of our Panera Bread cafes. You will lead daily operations, coach a team of up to 60 associates, and ensure guest satisfaction through superb service and quality food.

We seek experienced restaurant leaders with a track record of running profitable venues, strong communication, and a passion for people. Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises up to 60 staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Provides strong leadership, coaching and staff development.
• Manages restaurant operations, cleanliness, sanitation and food quality.
• Controls costs and ensures profitability within company guidelines.
• Recruits and retains qualified management candidates.
