Job summary

Flynn Panera is seeking a General Manager to lead a Panera Bread cafe with a focus on delivering high-quality service and food in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee up to 60 staff, drive profitability, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive culture for guests and colleagues.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and people development, with an emphasis on safety, sanitation, and operational excellence across daily tasks and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Serve Safe Food Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall activities and performance of employees on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Provide outstanding leadership to the team and ensure top-quality service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality per standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet sales demands.
• Control costs by monitoring the Profit and Loss statement.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain a positive guest experience.
