Panera Bread in Milwaukee is seeking a General Manager to lead a beloved neighborhood bakery-cafe. You will own all aspects of operations, staff planning, scheduling, and guest experience, creating a warm Panera culture where colleagues thrive and guests feel the Panera warmth.

You will hire, onboard, train, coach and develop your team, drive performance, ensure food safety and quality, manage costs, and implement company strategies while maintaining a safe, welcoming workplace.

Formación

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.
• Proven ability to drive results with strong business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bakery-cafe team, staffing, scheduling and development.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, and safety standards are met.
