Panera LLC in Lakeville, MN is seeking a General Manager Lead to drive bakery-cafe performance and guest delight. You will own all aspects of operations, from staffing and training to performance management and cost control, while upholding Panera’s values and standards.

You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, create a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Flexible, nights/weekends required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Responsabilités

• Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team including staffing, scheduling, development and performance management.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members while motivating and engaging the entire team.
• Manage team performance to meet bakery-cafe goals, quality standards, and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Follow procedures to ensure strategies and initiatives are executed successfully.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality food and service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build relationships that foster long-term, loyal guests and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and local regulations and maintain a safe workspace.
• Monitor costs and inventory to protect the bakery-cafe’s profitability and efficiency.
