Panera Bread is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team. You will own operations, staffing, guest experience, and financial performance, driving Panera's warmth and hospitality while delivering exceptional results.

You will hire and develop staff, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure the restaurant achieves its goals with strong customer focus and team culture.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain.
• Able to pass background check.
• Strong business acumen and guest-focused leadership.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Lead bakery-cafe team with staffing planning and development.
• Hire onboarding and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals and service standards.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera values.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
