Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve.
• Background check required for all offers.
• Proven ability to drive positive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery-cafe team, plan staffing needs, schedule, and develop talent.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage performance to meet store goals and maintain quality standards.
• Develop managers on processes and Panera's guiding values and behaviors.
• Ensure policies, safety, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Control costs and inventory while building a culture of warmth and teamwork.
