Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).

• Ability to lead and develop a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team, including staffing, scheduling, people development, performance management, training and succession planning.
• Hire, onboard, train and motivate new team members while energizing the entire team.
• Manage team performance to meet goals, standards, and exceptional guest service.
• Develop managers on personnel processes and Panera's guiding values.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and company strategies across operations.
• Maintain guest delight through quality food, service and staff.
• Build relationships to cultivate long-term, loyal guests.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal/state/local regulations.
