Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager by making key decisions and solving problems.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, scheduling, and development.
• Hire, onboard, train, motivate, and celebrate the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, standards, and guest service expectations.
• Partner with GM to develop managers on processes and Panera’s values.
• Work as a team to ensure guest delight and quality of service.
• Build relationships to foster long-term guest loyalty.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a healthy and safe workplace and manage costs and inventory.
