85°C Bakery Cafe in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the General Manager in driving store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure daily operations meet our standards for quality and service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, a high school diploma (AA preferred), and proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
