Aspire Bakeries LLC in Chaska, MN is hiring a Production Operator II to run and monitor production and packaging equipment on the 3rd shift, 9:30pm–7:00am (Sun 10:45pm–Thu). You will help maintain product quality, food safety, and operational readiness in a fast-paced bakery setting.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following GMP procedures; you’ll work with a collaborative team and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting weekend availability.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments.
Follow safety procedures and SOPs.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Operate automated production and packaging equipment.
Monitor and adjust equipment for quality and safety.
Ensure GMP, safety, and sanitation compliance.
Support preventive maintenance and identify issues.
