Job summary

Aspire Bakeries, located in Alsip, IL, is hiring a Break Relief for the 3rd shift to support multiple production functions. You’ll help maintain uninterrupted bakery operations, ensure product quality, and follow food safety and GMP standards.

Qualified applicants have at least one year of manufacturing or production experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights and lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, allergen controls, HACCP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide break relief coverage across multiple production functions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform production activities in compliance with food safety and GMP requirements.
• Complete accurate production, waste, and operational documentation.
• Operate production equipment and workstations safely following SOPs.
• Monitor products and processes to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and production team members to support continuous operations.
