Aspire Bakeries in Alsip, IL is seeking an Operator 3 for Bakery Break Relief on 1st shift. You will provide operational support across multiple production positions, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, ability to learn various positions, and adherence to GMPs and SOPs. Compensation is hourly, with a schedule from 5:45 AM to 4:15 PM and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple production positions (e.g., case erector/packer, dough mover, mixer, operator, packer, palletizer).
• Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide break relief coverage across multiple production roles to ensure continuous operations.
• Operate production equipment and perform assigned duties per procedures.
• Maintain food safety, quality, legality, and GMP compliance throughout production activities.
• Complete accurate production, quality, and waste documentation.
• Monitor equipment and communicate operational or safety concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance to support efficient production processes.
