• Display – Set up and maintain display cases; coordinate with Host and Cashier for samples and merchandising.
• Clean – Follow sanitation procedures in kitchen and storage areas; sanitize equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, coolers and storage areas.
