Qualifications

• Sanitation, safety, and customer service taught in-house.
• Clear communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Present clean uniform and personal hygiene.
• Prepare all bakery items (pies, muffins, cookies, quiche, meatloaf, ribs).
• Adjust oven temperatures.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Measure and portion ingredients; shape dough and place on sheets.
• Prepare meats and baked foods per recipe.
• Test for doneness by taste and smell.
• Ensure high-quality, attractive presentation.
• Work on kettles and grill during peak times.
• Keep stations clean and manage time effectively.
