Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; sweep and clean spills.
• Stock, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard spoiled items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy of temperature and quality.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, and other bakery equipment as needed.
