Tim Hortons is hiring a Baker for its Baking Program. Follow the Always Fresh procedure to keep products fresh and within shelf life, while ensuring guests have the best quality.

Support fast service by filling orders, maintaining an appealing display, and responding to front-line needs. Practice smile, eye contact, and thank you with guests.

Maintain sanitation, monitor fridge temps, assist in production, and follow health and safety guidelines, including hand washing and using PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and within shelf life.
• Keep an appealing showcase and fill orders to support speed of service.
• Provide friendly customer service with smiles, eye contact and a Thank You.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and production area.
• Monitor temperatures and logs daily as part of Health & Safety.
