Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a bakery associate to prepare and present high quality baked goods for daily demand. You will manage the baking area, maintain inventories, and ensure timely service with strong attention to taste and presentation.

Requirements include food handler credentials and the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Tim Hortons experience is a strong asset and prior multi-tasking capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as a team.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain high quality baked food products based on standards.
• Present food in an appetizing manner, with both taste and appearance.
• Ensure adequate supply of baked goods and/or materials required in the baking area according to demand with minimal waste.
• Maintain inventories of all items used in the baking area.
• Provide efficient service while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Adhere to policies and health and safety standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
