Job summary

Tim Hortons in Sunbury, OH is seeking team members for Bakery and Restaurant Operations. The role supports the Tim Hortons Baking Program, focusing on Always Fresh procedures, quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Able to stand and work in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Follows Always Fresh procedure to ensure freshness and accuracy.
Maintains an appealing guest showcase with adequate quantity and variety.
Demonstrates S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
Assists in speed of service by filling restaurant and drive-thru orders quickly.
Executes service recovery and makes it right with guests as needed.
Listens to guest concerns and apologizes when appropriate.
Follows Operations standards for product prep and equipment use.
Monitors fridge/freezer inventory and places orders as needed.
Prepares products to minimize waste and logs production and waste.
Responds to requests from Restaurant Front and assists guests when needed.
Regularly takes temperatures and records in the Time & Temperature Log.
Cleans and maintains the production area in the restaurant.
Adheres to restaurant policies, sanitation guidelines and clean environment.
