Job summary

Tim Hortons Baking Program is seeking a friendly, reliable Baker to join our kitchen team. You will follow Always Fresh procedures, monitor product quality, assist with front-of-house when needed, and help maintain clean and safe work areas. You’ll complete temperatures, manage stock, and support rapid service in a busy restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with willingness to learn, able to work in a fast-paced team, and committed to consistent product quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
• Delivers outstanding Customer Service by maintaining an appealing showcase and ensuring the right quantity and variety for guests
• Enhances the Customer Service experience through a friendly attitude and following the SET: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You
• Helps support speed of service targets by working quickly to fill orders in the restaurant and drive-thru
• Executes service recovery promptly to address customer concerns and make it right for the guest
• Listens to customer concerns and apologizes for the experience in case of a complaint
